1. Offer Availability
The Limited Time Offer is available for a limited period to new Safety Link clients who sign up during the promotional period. Safety Link reserves the right to withdraw or modify the offer at any time without notice.
2. Eligibility
This offer is available to new clients only and cannot be applied to existing client accounts or combined with any other promotion or discount.
3. Establishment Fee
The standard establishment fee is waived for clients who join under the Limited Time Offer.
4. First Month Payment
The first month’s monitoring and rental fee must be paid upfront at the time of sign-up before the service is activated.
5. Payment Terms
Monthly monitoring and rental fees will continue to be charged in advance in accordance with Safety Link’s standard billing procedures.
6. Service and Equipment
Safety Link will provide the personal alarm equipment required for the service. All equipment remains the property of Safety Link and must be returned if the service is cancelled.
7. Installation and Service Requirements
Additional charges may apply where installation requirements fall outside standard installation conditions.
8. Cancellation
Clients may cancel the service in accordance with Safety Link’s standard service agreement and terms and conditions. Any outstanding monitoring fees must be paid prior to cancellation.
9. Availability
This offer is subject to availability and may be limited by the number of devices available.
