A monitored service
keeps you safer

When it comes to personal alert services, there are lots of options on the market.

But only a fully monitored service can keep you, or your loved ones, truly protected and looked after.

That’s because non-monitored services, while sometimes cheaper, don’t offer the same degree of connection and security that you get with Safety Link.

For example, Safety Link’s monitored service means that there is always someone at the other end of every emergency call, providing information, instructions and assistance in every situation.

We can monitor the level of help required and will keep trying to find someone to assist you, even if some of your contacts are completely unavailable.  We can even dispatch an ambulance immediately to your home if required.  A non-monitored service has no way of knowing the best course of action to take, like a professionally-trained Safety Link representative would.

Look at the comparison chart below and see why the Monitored Safety Link Service is simply the better choice in personal alert services.

Daily Call Option

A daily call option is available for a small additional charge.  This is primarily for people who don’t have regular daily contact with others.  The client presses the Daily Call button on the alarm unit once a day before 11am.  If the button goes unpressed, Safety Link will call the client and ring the nominated contacts if there is no answer, or if help is required.

Battery back-up

The Safety Link alarm unit includes a battery back-up in case of power failure, so its reliability is ensured.

Installation and instruction

All alarm units are installed by our specially trained, Austel licensed experts who will demonstrate the alarm unit to the client and contacts at the time of installation.
